We have developed this service in response to requests from clients who are looking to avoid moving into a home that could make their family sick.  Just like people have a mechanic look at a car before buying to provide insight as to the health of the car, our experts can do the same for your home.  

This is not meant to be a comprehensive inspection, this is a first look to see if the home is showing signs of possible mold growth.  This will help you to make informed decisions and be in a better position for negotiations.  Should a more detailed inspection be required we will credit the cost of the Moving Special towards the price of the inspection.
